Who we are

This policy explains how the Verkflo website (verkflo.com) handles information about you. In it, "Verkflo", "we" and "us" mean the team behind the website. You can reach us at hello@verkflo.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you submit the demo form, we receive what you typed: your name, work email, company, team size, what you want to automate, and any message you add.

Technical data. This website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. Its servers log technical data about each request, such as your IP address, the pages requested, your browser type and the time. We do not have a database of visitors and we do not build profiles from this data.

What we do not do

• We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
• This website sets no cookies and does not use your browser's local storage to track you. See our Cookie Policy.
• We do not sell your information.

Third parties that handle data

GitHub Pages hosts the website and logs request data as described above.

Google Fonts. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when a page loads.

Web3Forms. The demo form is sent through Web3Forms, a form service. When you press Continue, your browser sends what you typed (your name, work email, company, team size, what you want to automate and your message) to Web3Forms, which emails it to us at hello@verkflo.com so we can reply. Web3Forms also receives technical data about the request, such as your IP address and browser details, and handles it under its own privacy policy. Nothing is sent until you submit the form.

How we use your information

We use what you send through the demo form only to reply to you and to arrange a demo. We do not use it for anything unrelated, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we need to respond and follow up. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose you object to. Email hello@verkflo.com and we will respond. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
