What Verkflo is

Verkflo turns written procedures into AI agents for KYC, KYB, AML and operations teams at banks and fintechs. Each agent runs the steps of one procedure, such as a KYC onboarding review or a sanctions hit review, and asks a named reviewer wherever the procedure gives the decision to a person.

The work it suits is casework your team already does by hand from a document: gathering data from several systems, checking it against rules, drafting a note and waiting for someone to sign off. See the solutions by area or the use cases one by one.

How a procedure becomes an agent

• Upload and compile. You upload the procedure document, for example from Google Drive. Verkflo compiles it into a spec: the steps, the CEL rules that pick each branch and the points where a reviewer decides.
• Versioned spec. Each published version is kept and stays readable. A run records the exact version it followed.
• Sandbox and evals. A new version runs on test data first. Eval scenarios check the result, and a failing scenario blocks publishing.
• Runs with review pauses. A live run starts from a webhook, a schedule or a person, and stops where the procedure needs a reviewer. It carries on from their decision.
• Audit log. Steps, tool calls, reviews and version changes go into a hash-chained log you can verify.
